Pats company WorkWise Group specializes in a broad array of services and products, including training DVDs and job search self-help books; skills and customer service training; company restructuring and rebranding; team efficacy; crisis management; sales and marketing training; communications and public/client relations; motivational speaking; company workshops and retreats; and much more.

Pat served as a liaison to President Obamas Economic Recovery Workforce Advisory Board, and is the recipient of dozens of national and local awards, including the Delaware Small Business Person of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration, Strong, Smart and Bold Award, the NAAACP Freedom Fund Award and the NAACP Visionary Leadership Award.
