Pat served as a liaison to President Obamas Economic Recovery Workforce Advisory Board, and is the recipient of dozens of national and local awards, including the Delaware Small Business Person of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration, Strong, Smart and Bold Award, the NAAACP Freedom Fund Award and the NAACP Visionary Leadership Award.
